The DayPin app processes data exclusively on the user’s device („on-device“). No personal data is transmitted to servers or third parties.


 3. Types of Data Processed


– Countdown entries created by you (title, description, date, icon selection)
– Images selected from your photo library as card backgrounds
– Your app display settings (e.g. pin display, layout)


This data is stored exclusively locally on your iPhone or iPad.


 4. Legal Basis


Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) through your use of the app and the data you provide.


 5. Retention Period


Data remains on your device until you delete it in the app or uninstall the app. There is no automatic deletion by the provider.

You have the right to:

– Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR)
– Erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR)
